Welcome to the East Midland Churches Forum.

The East Midlands Churches' Forum was established in 1998 at the request of Church Leaders in the Region and in response to an initiative of Churches Together in England (CTE). Its primary purpose is to support the Churches' representation to Governmental bodies across the region including local authorities, councils, regional bodies and agencies such as Health, Equalities, Education and Planning.

Through the various pages and links on this site we hope you:

• will see the importance and potential of the churches' involvement with Government and Regeneration of Our Region
• will help us form a truly informed and representative Christian view
• will comment on our thinking from the perspective of any interest group engaged with our regions organizations
